Bhagwan Krishna - The Real Owner of Kohinoor

Babar wrote "Such precious gems cannot be obtained by purchases; either they fall to one by the arbitrament of the flashing sword, which is an expression of Divine Will or else they come through the grace of might monarchs". Regarding this precious Diamond, a case was filed at Delhi before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 2017 for the retrieval of the "Shyamantak Mani" ( The Kohinoor Diamond ) from Britain. The reply submitted by the Government of India, brings new facts. In 1956 Pandit Nehru declined to claim back Diamond. In the words of Pandit Nehru "To exploit our good relations with some country to obtain free gifts does not seem to be desirable." In 1970 UNESCO Convention Article 15, cleared  the passage of cultural property. India and Britain both have signed the bill. This has moved the passage of retrieval of Kohinoor Diamond. This is the property of Bhagwan Krishan. This is required to be secured properly by India and efforts shall be made to return back the Diamond from Britain and get it returned to the Real Owner - Bhagwan Krishna at Jagannath Temple Puri. This is also the last wish of Maharaj Ranjit Singh.

The ASI has submitted reply in the Hon'ble Court. That, the 5000 years old Diamond was lastly seen in the hand of the Hindu Raja of Malwa in 1304. This slipped into the hand of Muslim King Allaudin-Khilji. The Muslim King coined the term Kohinoor. The Baburnama in 1526 claims, the diamond  in the hand of Babar. In 1739 the diamond shifted to Ahamd Shah Durrani. Durrani gifted Diamond to Maharaj Ranjit Singh in 1813. In his last age Maharaj Ranjit Singh decided to return  the Diamond to its "Original Owner" Bhagwan Krishna at Jagannath Puri. Maharaj Dalip Singh, was then just 5 years old, when he took the throne. British overturned the sentiment of Maharaj Ranjit Singh. The five year old Maharaja was forced to sign a gift document by the British. Through this instrument, the Diamond shifted to Britain. This decorated the crown of the Queen Victoria in 1850. In between 1765 to 1938, British extracted $ 45 trillion from India. The value of this Diamond at that time alone was three times the money what British extracted from India.

The MB reveals many secret facts about this diamond, giving  5000 years old lineage of the Syamntak Mani. This  remained at Dwarka under the control of Bhagwan Krishna. This was gifted by Bhagwan Krishna, through Arjun, to the Hindu Maharaj of India, Yudhishthira during his coronation. This diamond shifted from Parikshit and then Janmejay. This "precious gem" is none other than the,  "Syamntak Mani" mentioned in the Vishnu Puran, Bhagwat Puran and the ancient literatures. The Original ownership possession  is at Dwarka. Akrur was the caretaker of this Diamond at Dwarka. How it moves in the hand of Karna, that part is not clear. In the MB War, Karna was killed. Arjuna on the advice of Bhagwan Krishna, took the Diamond and handed over it to the new King of India, Maharaj Yudhishthira. From the hand of the Pandvas, the Diamond moved to its successors, Parikshit and Janmejay.  This is clear that the rulers of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Mewar, Kashmir, Punjab, and other states are the descendants of Maharaj Janmejay of the Pandava Dynasty. This Diamond was seen again at Ujjain in the hand of Chandragupta Vikramaditya, then again at 1304 seen  in the hand of Hindu Raja of Malwa.

The MB says, the Diamond was at Dwarka. Akrur, was the Uncle and the Great Advisor of Bhagwan Krishna.  A Sanskrit couplet is quoted here in support of the Diamond, which was then  in the possession of Akrur as caretaker at Dwarka.

At last, the Diamond was seen at the hand of Maharaj Ranjit Singh.  Maharaj Ranjit Singh, in his last age, verified the cost and lineage of this Diamond. Ultimately, he decided to return the Diamond to its original owner. The owner was none other than Bhagwan Krishna at Jagannath Puri. This is recorded in the court diary of Maharaj Ranjit Singh. " Tuesday, dated 8th June 1813, the Royal Fort Lahore and the Confidential Intelligence Report sent by the British agent :

"Yesterday the Hon'ble Sarkar kept showing the Kohinoor which had been very kindly given to him by Hazrat Shah Shujaul Mulk, to the jeweller, from whom he asked the price. It was found in weight equal to three hundred and a few more Surakhs ( 336 rattis ) and in value it was declared priceless as no other similar jewel existed anywhere else".   The confidential Intelligence Report sent by the Political British Agent at Lahore said " Maharaj Ranjit Singh, desires  to put the diamond on the head of Bhagwan Krishna at Jagannath Puri".

The Taliban Government, who do not have any claim over the Diamond, has made a claim with the British Government. The Government of India has not made any proper claim of the Diamond. This is not the property of Taliban, Britain or India. This is the property of Bhagwan Krishna. The 1970 UNESCO Convention,  Article 15, should must be honored by Taliban, Britain and India. Let Maharaj Ranjit Singh last wish be honored. Let the Diamond be returned  to Bhagwan Krishna- the Real Owner at Jagannath Temple Puri.
